Prezo Studio Terminology Guide
Learn the key terms and layout structure used in Prezo Studio
This guide explains the key terms used in Prezo Studio and how each area of the editor supports the creation of dynamic auction presentations.
Page Navigation Bar
The Page Navigation Bar contains the main pages that define the structure and flow of an auction presentation. These pages may include Welcome, Recently Sold, Today’s Auction, Property Introduction, Bid Page, Holding Page, Terms and Conditions, and Thank You.
Recommended Elements
Use the Page Navigation Bar to organise the main stages of the auction. This helps ensure each section appears in the correct order during the presentation flow.
Resource Menu
The Resource Menu is located on the left side of the editor. It provides access to reusable presentation resources and tools used across the main pages. This helps manage content, reuse elements, and maintain consistent styling throughout the presentation.
Elements
Elements are reusable components used to display content on presentation pages. These may include text, images, property details, logos, pricing, and other event or listing information.
Layers
The Layers panel displays the order of elements on a page. It allows you to rearrange, manage, copy, and organise elements. You can also copy available elements from other pages into the current page.
Assets
Assets are media files used in the presentation, such as images, logos, stickers, and GIFs. The maximum upload size is 50MB per file, with up to 20 files uploaded at once.
Brands
Brands is used to store and reuse brand colours across the presentation. Colours can be added using the Colour Picker or by entering a HEX Code. Colours can be saved as Solid, Linear, or Radial styles for quick reuse.
Configuration Panel
The Configuration Panel is located on the right side of the editor. It is used to update the settings for selected elements, including text, layout, colours, styling, and other presentation settings.
Template Type
Multi Lot
Multi Lot is a full presentation layout used for in room displays. Each property lot appears as its own page during the auction flow, allowing the presentation to fill the screen without leaving empty space. This format is commonly used when the presentation is the main visual shown in the room.
OBS Layer
OBS Layer is designed for use with OBS. Property information is displayed as a visual layer over the live broadcast, rather than as separate full screen pages. This format is commonly used on pages where the auctioneer is visible on screen, such as the Intro Page, Bid Page, and Outro Loop Page.
Design Reminder
When designing for an OBS Layer, leave enough space for the auctioneer or live video feed so the property information does not cover important visual content.
Listing Level
Listing Level refers to the office or branch account level where property listing data is managed and connected to presentation content.
