Customise Your Printable Order of Sale
Easily adjust the look and feel of your printable OoS report
The Printable Order of Sale (OoS) settings allow you to customise the appearance of the order of sale for Multi-Lot Auctions. These settings control the layout and colours used, ensuring they align with your agency’s branding.
Steps to Update Printable Order of Sale Settings
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select Printable OoS Settings from the left-hand menu panel.
Step 4: Make the necessary changes to the available settings.
Step 5: Click the green Update button to save your changes.
Colour Settings
Colour | Used for |

Colour 1 | Heading, subheading, and property address text |
Colour 2 | Property status text; background colour for sold property status and Timebreak title section |
Colour 3 | Background colour for property status; colour for sold property status text and Timebreak title text |
Colour 4 | General text on the Order of Sale report |
Colour 5 | Header/footer text and Timebreak message text |
Colour 6 | Background colour for header/footer section and Timebreak message section |
