Understanding the Associate Role
What Is the Associate Role and What Does It Do?
The Associate Role has been designed to support internal collaboration within real estate agencies. It enables team members such as Personal Assistants (PAs) or Executive Assistants (EAs) to assist a lead selling agent with listing management—without their details being shown publicly.
What Can an Associate Do?
- Assist with bidder registration.
- Scribe and support the agent during live auctions.
- Access property listings with their existing user login (as long as they belong to the same agency).
Where Are Associates Hidden From?
Although they have access to assist internally, associate details are never displayed in any public-facing areas, including:
- Hosted Website Widgets
- In-Room Presentation Displays
- Bidder Registration Pages
- Bidder Mobile App
- Order of Sale Board and PDFs
- Any other marketing materials
This feature is purely for operational efficiency and ensures your team can collaborate behind the scenes without altering your public branding or messaging.
