Manually Adding Bidders via the Mobile Console App
Easily register and approve bidders on the go
You can manually add a bidder using via the Mobile Console App. This feature lets you register bidders and approve them, helping streamline the auction day process.
Steps to Manually Add a Bidder
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Console App and tap Auctions from the lower task bar.
Step 2: Tap Individual Auction Lots to reveal all your listings.
Step 3: Search for the property you want to manage and tap on the property card.
Step 4: A pop-up menu will appear. Tap Add New Bidder to open the registration page.
Step 5: Issue a Bidder Number and toggle ID Verified to ON to confirm that you have sighted their ID.
Step 6: Select a Bidding Method from the available dropdown options.
Step 7: Select a Bidder Registration Type from the available dropdown options.
Step 8: Complete the form fields on behalf of the bidder or hand them the device to enter their own details. Tap Terms and Conditions, have the bidder read them, and toggle ON to confirm agreement.
Step 9: Tap CREATE to save and approve the bidder.
Important Notes
There is no requirement to upload documentation when manually adding a bidder. You may take photos on your device if needed.
This section helps ensure compliance and gives you full control over who is eligible to bid on auction day. Please follow your office policies and procedures to ensure all required information and documentation is collected before a party is approved.
Once added, you can tap into the bidder card and add private notes using the yellow Add Note button if necessary.
