Prezo Studio Elements Guide
This guide explains the purpose of each Element available within Prezo Studio. Elements are reusable presentation components used to build dynamic auction layouts and automatically display connected property and event information.

| Text Box | Displays customisable text content such as titles, descriptions, and labels. | No |
| Image | Displays images, graphics, or other visual content from uploaded assets. | No |
| Event Details | Displays event related information such as trading name, venue, date, and introduction text. | Yes |
| Shape | Graphic element used for decoration, overlays, layout structure, or styling. | No |
| Company Logo | Displays the primary company logo stored at the agency account level. | No |
| Co Agent Logo | Displays the co agent logo connected to the listing. | Yes |
| Property Address | Displays the property address. Format options include Title Only, Street and Suburb, Full Address, Full Address US, and Title and Full Address. | Yes |
| Property Intro Media | Displays videos or media content used for property introductions. | Yes |
| Property Image | Displays property images connected to the listing. | Yes |
| Price | Displays property pricing information. Available within Recently Sold, Today’s Auction, and Outro Property pages. | Yes |
| Call Sign | Displays default or customisable call signs which can be updated using brand call sign settings. | Yes |
| Yield | Displays the property yield or return percentage. | Yes |
| Bidder Number | Displays the current bidder number during live auctions. | No |
| Sold Sticker | Displays a visual sold sticker which can be customised using brand sold sticker settings. | No |
| Total Sold | Displays the total value of properties sold rather than the number of properties sold. Prefix text can be customised. | No |
| Selling Agent Slider | Displays selling agents in a rotating slider layout. | Yes |
| Selling Agent Grid | Displays multiple selling agents within a grid layout. | Yes |
| Features | Displays key property features such as pools, parking, bedrooms, bathrooms, and energy efficiency. | Yes |
| Lot Number | Displays the property lot number used during the auction sequence. | Yes |
| Next Property | Displays information about the next property scheduled within the auction flow. | Yes |
| Property Short Description | Displays a brief property description. Display options include the full description, heading only, or body text only. | Yes |
| Property Feature Text | Displays general feature related text connected to the property. | Yes |
| Tenant | Displays tenant information for commercial properties. | Yes |
| Terms and Conditions | Displays the auction terms and conditions configured at the account level. | No |
Listing Level Elements
Elements marked as Listing Level automatically pull information directly from connected property listings within Auctions Live. This allows presentation templates to update dynamically without requiring manual changes for each property.
