Obtaining LockedOn API Credentials
How to request and add your LockedOn API token to Auctions Live
To provide RE Software with access to the LockedOn API Integration, your office must first request the integration from LockedOn.
Steps to Obtain Your LockedOn API Token
Step 1: Email your agency’s LockedOn account representative requesting they activate the feature to send listing data to Auctions Live. Be sure to request your office’s Account ID.

Share credentials only with authorised personnel. If sending by email, consider splitting details or using a secure channel as required by your organisation’s security policy.
Steps to Add the Token Yourself
Step 2: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 3: Select the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Click the Integrations tab. From the Data Source dropdown, select LockedOn.
Step 5: Paste the Account ID.
Step 6: Scroll down and click Update to save your changes.
