You can remove or postpone a listing from a Multi-Lot Auction, depending on the timing of the action in relation to the scheduled auction. For further information, please review the Auction Postponement Rules.

Steps to Postponing or Removing a Listing from a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant multi-lot auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Presentations View page, select the Lots tab.

Step 5: Click the red bin icon. A confirmation pop-up will appear prompting you to select a reason for removal. Choose one of the following:

Withdrawn - the listing will remain in the presentation.
Postponed - the listing will be removed from the presentation and made available to re-assign.

Select the appropriate option and confirm your request.

Handy Hint

Once you open and commence using the Multi-Lot Control Panel, including the auctioneer’s call signs and bid increments, the multi-lot presentation will be auto-locked, and you will no longer be able to remove listings.
