Importing Auction Properties from your CRM or Real Estate Portal
Easily bring auction listings into your account with just a few clicks
Auctions Live connects with many CRMs and real estate portals, making it simple to bring upcoming auction properties directly into your account.
If your CRM is integrated, you can turn on an automatic property import through the Settings menu. This lets Auctions Live check for eligible auction properties and import them into your account each evening.
When Does a Property Get Imported?
Auctions Live automatically imports listings every evening for financial clients operating real estate agencies when their CRM system is directly integrated with our platform. Different rules apply for auction houses.
Listings will only be imported when they meet the required auction listing conditions within your CRM.
- The sales type must be Auction
- There must be an Auction Date
- The property status must be Live, meaning it has been sent to portals
How Does a Property Get Imported?
Upcoming auction listings can be imported automatically each evening when your CRM is connected. You can also import listings manually if you need them to appear in Auctions Live sooner.
When a listing is imported, Auctions Live downloads the primary photo, description text, and selling agent details. The listing will appear in All Upcoming as Unassigned & Draft.
Steps to Import Auction Properties for a Single Office User
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left menu, select All Upcoming.
Step 3: Click the green Import Listings button in the top right corner.
Step 4: Your upcoming auction properties will begin to download, including the primary property photo, description text, and selling agent details.
Step 5: Once the download is complete, your upcoming auction properties will be visible in the All Upcoming list as Unassigned & Draft.
Steps to Import Auction Properties for a Multi Office User
Step 1: Log in and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: In the top right corner, click the Grid icon, then select Account Management from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: From the left menu, click Offices, then select Linked > Auctions Live.
Step 4: Click the blue Import button on the right side of the relevant office.
Step 5: Your upcoming auction listing will begin to download, including the primary property photo, description text, and selling agent details.
Step 6: Once the download is complete, a message will appear showing how many properties were imported. Existing listing details and images will be updated. Your upcoming auction properties will be visible in the All Upcoming list as Unassigned & Draft.
