Changing a Selling Agent on a Listing

Easily add or change selling agents on a listing

You can update a listing to display an alternate selling agent or add additional selling agents that were not included during the initial import. This ensures all agent details are correctly displayed online and within any in-room presentations.

Steps to Update a Listing to Display an Alternate Selling Agent

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property and click the blue Edit icon on the far right-hand side of the row.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Selling Agents fields on the Listing Edit page and use the dropdown fields to select the new selling agents.

Step 5: Click the green Update button to save your changes.


Handy Hint

If the listing is part of an in-room presentation and the presentation has already been launched, select the white and red Re-Sync Presentation & Order Board button within the In-Room Presentation controller to re-sync all elements.
