Update Onsite Auction Status to Sold (Post-Auction)
How to change a property’s status to Sold after the auction
If a property was previously recorded as Passed In or remains Under Negotiation and has now been Sold, you can update its status to Sold in the PC Console. This ensures your records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Steps to Update a Property's Status to Sold
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select either All Upcoming or All Past. Your choice will depend on the original auction date of the property.
Step 3: Locate the property you want to update. To the right of the property listing, click the View icon.
Step 4: You will be on the Overview tab for the property. Navigate to the Status section and click the green Change Status button.
Step 5: From the options available, update the status to Sold. You will also need to add the Sold Price and the Sold Date.
Step 6: Choose whether you would like to Hide or Show the Disclose Sold Price. This option controls whether the sold price is publicly visible.
Step 7: To save your changes, click the green Change button.
