Multi-Lot Auctions > Control Panel

If your office has subscribed to the Clips Expansion Pack within Auctions Live, you will have access to Scenes and Overlays to enhance your Multi-Lot Auction Presentation experience.

Steps to Using Scenes and Overlays in a Multi-Lot Auction Presentation

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue Edit icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: In the Overview section, locate the Actions row and select the green Control Panel button to launch the Multi-Lot Auction Control Panel.

Step 5: Once the Multi-Lot Auction Control Panel has loaded, you will notice two dark grey buttons on the same row as the red Intro Loop button.

• The first grey button titled Multimedia contains all the Scenes you have uploaded. (How to add and manage scenes)
• The second grey button with an icon of two overlapping images contains all the Overlays you have uploaded. (How to add and manage overlays)

Step 6: Select either the Scenes or Overlay button to display them on your Multi-Lot Presentation.

• For Scenes: You will be prompted to choose between AutoPlay or Manual Play. In Manual Play, use the blue Previous and Next buttons in the Control Panel.
• For Overlays: You can add multiple overlays by selecting the ones you want to display. They can be stacked and shown together.

Note

If you are using Scenes and navigate to another page within the Multi-Lot Presentation, the Scenes will automatically stop. However, Overlays will continue to display even when navigating to new pages within the presentation.
