Auctions Live offers a powerful expansion pack called Clips for multi-lot auction presentations. This includes a feature called Overlays, which allows you to seamlessly incorporate multiple custom transparent images or videos into your multi-lot presentation.

By blending different overlays, you can achieve a unique and visually engaging style. You can also upload GIF and PNG files to your overlay folder for further customisation.

Important Note

Ensure that overlay elements are positioned carefully, as they will affect both the standard presentation version and the OBS presentation version.

Before proceeding, confirm with your Auctions Live account manager that the Overlays feature is enabled for your account.

Steps to Add Overlays to Your Presentation

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click on Overlays under the Clips expansion pack section.

Step 4: Click the blue Media button on the upper right-hand side of the screen.

Step 5: Drag and drop the files you wish to display onto your presentation area, then click the green Upload button to save them.

Steps to Delete an Overlay Media File

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click on Overlays under the Clips expansion pack section.

Step 4: Select the uploaded media file and click the red Delete button.

Step 5: Confirm the action by clicking Delete in the pop-up prompt.
