Managing Bidders via the Mobile Console App
Using the Mobile Console App to view, edit and approve bidders
The All Bidders section in the Mobile Console App displays all bidders who have registered and been approved to bid at auction.
Steps to Access Approved Bidders via the Mobile Console App
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Console App and tap Auctions from the lower task bar.
Step 2: Tap Individual Auction Lots to reveal all your listings. Filters are available on the right.
Step 3: Search for the property you want to manage and tap on the Property card.
Step 4: A pop-up menu will appear. Tap All Bidders to reveal all approved bidders.
Step 5: Tap on each Bidder card to reveal two purple options and three one-touch icons. You can tap the available purple icons to Call, Email, or SMS the bidder.
Step 6: Tap on the appropriate option to reveal the information:
Step 7a: Tap View Details. Tap the blue Change Status/Bidder No. button. You can issue a new Bidder Number, toggle ID Verified OFF to decline the bidder, or tap the green Approve button to save changes. Use the Add Note button to add any relevant notes.
Step 7b: Tap Edit Details, make any necessary changes including to the Bidding Method, and tap Update to save.
Important Notes
This section helps ensure compliance and gives you full control over who is eligible to bid on auction day. Please ensure you follow your office policies and procedures to confirm all required information and documentation is available before approving a party.
You can add private notes using the yellow Add Note button.
