Associate Agents can be added to listings once the feature has been activated. Depending on their access level, multiple users can add one or more associates to a property.

Steps to Add an Associate Agent via the Property Edit Page

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select All Upcoming, then locate the relevant property.

Step 3: To the right of the property, click the blue Edit icon.

Step 4: On the property details page, scroll down to the Associates heading. From the dropdown menu, select any number of associates and click Update.

Steps to Add an Associate Agent via the Property Overview Page

Step 1: Log in and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property and click the blue View icon to open the property overview.

Step 4: Scroll to the Selling Agents section and click Add/Update.

Step 5: From the dropdown menu, select any number of associates and click Update.

Important Note

Only users with Admin or Office access can add associate agents from the Property Edit page. However, Admins, Office Users, and assigned Selling Agents can add them via the Property Overview page.
