Multi-Lot Auctions > Pre-Auction

You can add individual auction listings to a pre-created multi-lot auction by following the steps below. This ensures the listing is properly linked to the correct auction presentation.

Steps to Add an Individual Auction Listing to a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant multi-lot auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Within the Presentations View page, select the Lots tab.

Step 5: Select the green Add Lot button. A pop-up modal will appear.

Step 6: In the form field, type the details of the auction lot you wish to add (for example, 123 Smith Street). Once the listing appears, select it to add it to the form field. You can repeat this step multiple times if there are numerous listings to add.

Step 7: Once all listings are added, select the green Add via Express Queue button.

Special Note

It will take approximately 3 minutes for the listing(s) to be added to the multi-lot presentation.
