Managing Offers in Offers Live

You can send mass email notifications to all buyers within a listing campaign. This is useful for sharing important updates, reminders, or announcements relating to the property.

Steps to Send Mass Email Notifications to Buyers

Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Find the property you want to contact buyers for and click the View icon.

Step 4: At the top of the page, select the Offers tab.

Step 5: Click the blue Send Mass Notifications button. A pop-up window will appear.

Step 6: Use the dropdown menu to select which buyers to notify:

• Notify All Buyers - Sends a notification to all buyers associated with the listing, regardless of their offer status.
• Notify Buyers with Incomplete Offers - Sends a notification to buyers who have started but not submitted their offer.
• Notify Buyers with Completed Offers - Sends a notification to buyers who have submitted a completed offer.

Step 7: Enter your email Subject Line.

Step 8: Enter the Email Body. Do not include the buyer's name - this will be inserted automatically by the system.

Step 9: Click the blue Send button to send the email.
