Offer Campaign Templates in Offers Live

You can permanently delete a Campaign Template if it is no longer needed and not linked to any active properties.

Steps to Delete a Campaign Template

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Settings from the top-right menu.

Step 3: Under the Offers Live Settings heading in the side menu, select Templates.

Step 4: You will see a list of your saved Campaign Templates.

Step 5: Find the template you want to delete, then go to the Actions column on the right.

Step 6: Click the red Bin icon.

Step 7: A pop-up window will appear asking: Are you sure you want to do this?

Step 8: Click Delete to confirm and permanently remove the template.

Important Note

Templates can only be deleted if they are not linked to any properties. If a template is in use, the Bin icon will be muted and disabled.
