Managing Listings in Offers Live

Notes allow users to leave internal comments or reminders linked to a specific property. These notes are only visible within your Offers Live account and will not be shared with vendors, buyers, or any external parties.

Steps to Add a Note to a Property

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click the View icon next to the relevant property.

Step 4: Select the Notes tab at the top of the page.

Step 5: Click the green Create Note button at the upper right of the screen.

Step 6: Enter your note, then click Create to save.
